The TASTE Council with great support and investment from Bord Bia has developed a unit which is being rolled out to transition year students across the country. An integral part of this unit is the opportunity for students to meet with and learn from Irish food producers and chefs.
We now have 200 schools from across the country registered to take part in this unit this year.
We urgently need chefs and food producers from every county to volunteer to take part in this exciting project. Very little time and effort is required from each individual but impact on our food culture for the next generation will be huge.
