28 Jun World’s Top Chefs to come to Galway as part of Food on the Edge October 24th & 25th 2016
More than 40 internationally renowned chefs, including Massimo Bottura, whose Osteria Francescana was recently voted best restaurant in the world, will speak at the second Food On The Edge symposium.
Bottura, whose restaurant topped the San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants rankings earlier this month, is one of 50 internationally renowned chefs who will take part in the event on October 24th and 25th, the theme for which is The Future of Food.
Others include Michael O’Hare, now familiar from MasterChef and Great British Menu, and Irish chefs include Dylan McGrath, Robin Gill and Danni Barry.
Tickets are now on sale, with an early-booking price of €195 for one day and €350 for two days, if booked before July 31st (full price tickets €225/€400). See foodontheedge.ie
